The mission of the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY is to prepare outstanding journalists to make a difference as they transform journalism. They train reporters to listen to and collaborate with communities, and to generate clear and compelling work that offers information and insight, holds the powerful accountable, and drives civic conversation.
