The Democracy & Elections Program at the Center for American Progress explores ways to improve our democracy and increase fairness in representation through structural changes including electoral system reform.

Union of Concerned Scientists Inc.

The Center for Science and Democracy at the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) works to strengthen the role of science within the federal civil service sector. They will develop recommendations for better hiring practices, science program leadership, and performance accountability within the federal government to help it better serve the public interest.
